Definition of Aggravated Stalking

An aggravated stalking can occur if you violate a:

  • peace bond,

  • restraining order,

  • protective order,

  • good behavior bond,

  • injunction, or

  • condition of pretrial release, probation, or parole that prohibits surveillance or contact.

Penalties for Aggravated Stalking
Upon conviction of this
felony, you can receive a prison sentence of 1-10 years and up to a $10,000 fine.
